The concept for the complex has been developed around the primary functions. While planning the site layout, multiple entrances were provided to facilitate the functioning of the complex segregating the visitors to Hall foyer and the sports complex. The flow of spaces were organised both horizontally and Vertically. The multipurpose Hall has been laid along the foyer to facilitate pre-function area, while the sports complex has been stalked vertically. The voluminous cut out in the vertical sports complex provides visual continuity and provides a distict feature to the form. The front wall has been designed to contain mural customised by local artists with the intent of involving locals of every place where the Community hall will be built. This will provide a unique identity to the centre inspite of being repetitive in architectural composition. The Signage design is integrated into the pergola shading device, to enable identification from the approach road. The landscape of the complex is designed to blend into the architecture without standing out as well provide a pleasant ambiance to the complex.
