Concept Design: Starts at ₹50,000
Full Architecture Services: ₹150–₹300 per sq.ft
(Includes concept, drawings, approvals, and site coordination)
Interior Design
Design Only: ₹100–₹250 per sq.ft
Design + Execution Oversight: Based on scope and location
Commercial / Institutional Projects
Fees typically range between 4% – 7% of total project cost, depending on complexity, scale, and involvement.
